” …Dash does not circumvent his clashes with fate. There is no “easy way out”, no deus ex machina that will fix things. But when things explode, they do so unexpectedly. We are certainly entertained. We still wouldn’t have wanted to be behind the wheel of this particular car, but sitting on the ride was refreshing, inventive and entertaining. fanboy planet
“Dash is slow to get going, but strong characterizations keep viewers’ attention from waning too much. As things start to look increasingly bleak for the lead role, Sean Perry deftly asks for more and more investment from the audience. Thanks to a solid cast and a brilliant ending, it pulls off the hat trick pretty well. 8 out of 10, Movie Threat
“Globally, Dash is a thrilling ride with a driver whose life is a disaster. He’s just one confused text away from a meltdown. It makes for a gripping, fast-paced thriller where an ordinary man can’t exactly lock his secrets in the trunk. Buckle up. This one is quite the trick. 7 out of 10, Horror Buzz
“Writer/director Sean Perry Dash is a frantic, single-take thriller that veers from dark comedy to deadly gravity to gripping armrest at every turn […] The cast members all give believable and energetic performances, and Perry directs with verve. Dash is a savage nail biter who has a lot of heart with his tingles. horror fuel
“There are a lot of defining moments in Dash which show humans in their most primitive state. Like a scene with two women devouring Thai food in her car that made them look like animals, and I loved it. There are plenty of rideshare movies for us to choose from, but thanks to the fact that it’s a single take and the consistent entertainment value, Dash is to be monitored. It was a thrill from start to finish. OC Movie Reviews
